Starts you off with a pace you are comfortable and isnt bothered by questions that might seem silly. the nutrition is great as he asks you about your preferences and works with that so you dont have to starve yourself with a diet.

"I started training with Nigel 2 years ago with very specific fitness goals in mind. I was undertaking a career course with the Reserve Defence Forces and need to work on my overall fitness levels. I told Nigel what was required for the course and he devised a specific training and nutrition plan for me.


Nigel considered everything and tailored the plan to suit me. I successfully completed the career course and continue to train with Nigel. His PT sessions are challenging but always something different to keep them interesting. I started the Fitness & Nutritional plan in November, I found the plan easy to follow with a good variety of food/meals to chose from. Nigel is always very supportive and if you have any questions is always happy to help with answering and giving advice.
I found the training side of things a new challenge at the beginning but as time went on really enjoyed training and now look forward to going to classes each week.

The craic is good whilst completing a good workout. All classes are well structured and Nigel always throws something new in the mix to keep it tough and fun at the same time. I have seen massive results in a very short time.
